CTV Two

Hi,

I live in Alberta and it says that I need to subscribe to CTV 2 but when I go online and and try to subscribe there is no option to because it says it's included in the basic channels. Any suggestions?

Is your PikTV connected to your Telus modem (aka your home network)?  There are a number of channels that only work if the PikTV device is connected to the modem / IP address of record. If I connect mine to my secondary Wi-Fi network, then some of the channels become unavailable, until again connected to my Telus router.

Yes it is. It doesn't work on the phone either. When I open the guide it doesn't even appear under subscribed channels, but if I click all channels it appears but says I have to subscribe to it. But it won't let me subscribe. @NFtoBC
