CBC Channel 100 Not Included in "Subscribed" Channels on TV Box

Hello;

I noticed my Pik TV Box at home does not have Channel 100 (CBC) as a "Subscribed" channel, but it is available on the mobile app.  Can anyone help understand why it's not available on my Pik TV Box?

What error message do you see?

It shows as a locked channel that I must subscribe to to use.

If you are getting this error, and your PikTV device is connected to your Telus Gateway/ router by Ethernet or Wi-Fi, then you will most likely need to contact a Telus, as it is one of the basic channels.
