Black screen on iPhone

Anyone else having this issue? On Pik TV app version 2.2.0 (latest) for iPhone, I can see the channel guide, and I can hear the audio, but the video stays black. (I’m using iPhone XR)

iPhone 11, latest Pik 2.20 seems to be working fine for me. Are you using the latest version of iOS also?

I’m on iOS 13.4.1, will try the 13.5 update.

I just noticed it works when I choose a channel on the home page, but fails when I go through the guide. (Using CTV channel to compare)

It’s working now. Not sure what fixed it.
