Every 4 hours, this popup comes up. Is there anyway to disable it? If I don't press OK, the channel stops streaming and PIK goes back to the previous channel selection menu.

I want to be able to keep a channel on for 10 hours straight. My parents are old and disabled and do not know how to use a remote controller and cannot learn due to their disability. They only watch the same channel everyday, and I don't want to be reselecting it every 4 hours.

This is likely due to EnergyStar ratings, which tend to shut things off after a period. I know on Optik you can request this setting be disabled, and the TV stay on past the 4 hours. I suggest digging into the settings on the device you are using to watch PikTV, and the App itself. 
can you provide some details as to the device you are using to stream Pik?

I am using chromecast to stream PIK.

I have checked through all the settings on my device and have also disabled chromecast from ever turning off or turning on the screensaver.
