Add remove channels page doesn't load

I helped sign my parents up for this product and have had issues since day one, the most recent one is trying to look into adding change under the "MY TELUS" section of the website.

 

for the last 3 days all we get is:

 

Looks like there was a problem serving the requested page.

 

What would you like to do?

I don't want to wait an hour on the phone and have an agent rapid fire channels to me, I just want to browse and pick and choose on my own.

 

Is the site down?  Anyone else have issues?

I suggest you connect with Telus' social media team at Facebook or Twitter (links at page bottom) with this question, and the list of channels to which you would like to subscribe, and they should be able to help you out.

 

There have been a few questions in the past about channel selection, so I expect you are not alone.
