Most people run the audio through home audio systems. Generally you use a digital optical cable from either your Optik box or from the TV Audio digital out to your amplifier.
Another option is to attach a Chromecast device and cast from the Stingray app. I can control the music from anywhere without needing to turn on the TV and the Optik box.
