i have tried to sign into sportsnet now and global tv with my optik tv account but it wont work. i can sign into the optik app but not things like sportsnet now and global tv apps. i have have tried to create a new optik tv account i made to the confirmation code part i received the code but dont know where it input it. just asking for some help

I have the same problem. Says my credentials are invalid & takes me to an Optik TV login. Then it says my credentials are invalid. They are not, because I can login to the Optik TV app.
