optik recorded tv programs

hi

all of a sudden this afternoon I am unable to access my previously recorded programs. was working fine this morning

The usual recommended troubleshooting is:

  1. Reboot your modem/gateway.
  2. Once the modem is back up, reboot your PVR by unplugging the power for 10 seconds.
  3. Once the PVR is back up, reboot the remaining set top boxes.
