That depends. There is no web browser to allow you to visit sites and watch videos. There is an App for Youtube so that you can watch videos hosted there.
If you have a SMART TV you can watch YouTube by using the YouTube app. If you have a 4k UHD TV you can watch their videos in 4K. or you can hook up your computer with HDMI cable, change the INPUT to the HDMI #1, 2, or 3... and use your PC that way.
