Any issue that is specific to a channel is not likely to be caused by the Optik box. I wouldn't waste any time trying to resolve it on your end.
Has it always been that way or did the issue start recently?
Do you have more than one Optik box? If so can you confirm whether the audio drops occur simultaneously on all the boxes?
