I scheduled my shows to record but they didn't show up and probably didn't get recorded. Even worse, there's a glitch that says a ncis episode was scheduled to record on Wednesday, may 2. It keeps happening today. Can you try to fix it before Saturday?

Hey @Keith5 ! So sorry to hear about your issue. 

Can you try rebooting the gateway (unplugging the power for a few seconds and plugging it back in) wait for it to boot back up and make sure all the lights are back up and running, then do the same with your PVR? 

If this doesn't work, I would recommend calling 310-TECH for assistance.
