Wireless Optik TV box

My wireless box keeps rebooting every 8 to 10 hours or so and I can’t figure out why? I am just watching Cr@ve Tv shows while this happens or live tv  so not a Netflix thing. Anyone else have this happen and have a solution?

Is the box physically rebooting? That takes several minutes. Is the box in an enclosed cabinet? Does it have proper air flow? 

Only long durations using crave causes this issue?

Yes the box has proper air flow it is simply sitting on a dresser out in the open. Mostly occurs while watching on demand but has occurred while watching live TV as well but yes long durations
