My wireless Optik TV Digital Box is asking me to initialize it. When I follow the process of initializing and then paring I still do not get a connection. Are there any other steps to take or do I call a technician?

Call in, and the CS rep will step you through it.
I went through it a long time ago, and forget all the steps, but it required turning the router off for a period, and resetting the Optik to the network.
