Volume 25, setting tv model

I'm trying to confirm the remote to turn on tv and control volume. Following instructions it state set optik to volume 25, before attempting the 3 second hold of the optik power button. I can't see the volume, as it's not displayed anywhere!

When the volume on the Optik box is adjusted it displays in the upper right corner of the TV.

If you don't see it then the remote is not adjusting the Optik volume.

Confirm that the remote is in Optik mode and then adjust the volume. It should display the volume level on screen.
