Video data in upper left corner on Netflix

I am watching Netflix through my telus box and did something on my remote and now I have video data In the upper left corner. Any idea how to get rid of it?

Resolved. I rebooted the cable box.

Hi @Stax ,

 

I am unable to try to replicate this error on my Optik TV to find the root cause. However oftentimes the solution to these little annoyances is to  unplugging the power cord from the back of the Optik TV box for 2 minutes, and plugging it back in.

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes. If the issue persists, we can try some other possible solutions.
