I ran into this as I was recording the series and when I went to watch episode 4 it was actually a rebroadcast of episode 3. Wikipedia mentions this:
"but the April 17 episode was preempted and moved to April 23"

Not sure what's required to get this episode but I did notice Telus is going to rebroadcast old episodes so it may show up as part of the rebroadcast.
