Unable to change a theme pack to another one.

Trying to change one of our theme packs to another on our 7 theme pack package but when I try and go to checkout it gives me this message: "Creation of a Shopping Cart currently is unavailable. Please try again later. Any thoughts other than calling Telus? Thanks.

I recall a few others with a similar problem. You might find a call to be the quickest path to resolution.

Are you in the "Manage Channels" section? There shouldn't be any "cart" since you are not purchasing. It should be a choice of just "remove" or "add".

If you are in Manage Channels you can remove a theme pack and then Add a theme pack.
