Telus Optik TV

Hoping someone can help me out.

My parents have Optik TV through Telus that they don’t plan on cancelling anytime soon. I’m hoping to stream it through the optik TV app to use it at my place.

I can load the app on my iPhone and stream through browser on computers, but I want to set it up through a tv box. I can see that they clearly say it works through Apple TV 4th gen, but those are super overpriced. Anyone know of Roku or Firestick or other cheaper options work with Optik TV app?

It does not work on my Firefox, but it's working for me on Chrome.

No, it is not available to stream through other devices.

If you are a Telus internet customer, you could consider PikTV as an inexpensive alternative.
