Since the installation, early April , I can’t keep up with all the problems and as of five minutes ago we discovered Telus (a glitch the rep said) was they changed one of the theme packs without our knowledge. We can’t run Netflix, keeps tanking the Optik service, because the boxes have “a glitch”. They screwed up the install by (due to Covid tech guy couldn’t come in) using our previous gear instead of the new set. Billing overcharged, tv cut off, paying for 5 g but getting 2.4, Philippine call centre is basic death by merry go round for hours, can’t get address correct etc etc..My Question is, Any other Canadian service worth trying?
