TV shows only partially recording

Hi. I recorded a movie, later went to watch it - it says in the description that it's 2 hrs long - and it only taped 45 minutes of it.

WHY. This has happened before.

We only have one tv, plenty of data/internet, why does this randomly happen?

It may be that you had other recordings scheduled to start at the 45 minute mark and you exceeded the maximum number of streams available to you.

It might also be a random glitch. I've seen it a few times but it's rare. It sometimes coincides with a brief Internet outage (router reboot for instance).

Maybe try a reboot of the Optik PVR and see if that helps.
