TV and internet service was cut off

The tv service was cut off just now. I have set up for auto payment and not sure why it happen

Log into your MyTelus account to check if you have an amount owing. It certainly would not be cut off for one missed payment.

If your account is in good standing there maybe a localized outage, or hardware issue (modem).
