How do I set my guide to only show channels I can watch?

There used to be an easy to find option to have the guide show subscribed channels only. @IsaacV posted a link to the instructions, but you need press the Options button while watching a television broadcast, not other channels.

Alternately, on the remote, choose Menu > Settings > Guide > then check / uncheck the channels you want in the guide, if you want to reduce the list further.

Yes, I tried that from the music channel section without success. I've updated my reply.
