Slimline2 optic tv remote

When I push the optic button on my remote it goes green and the tv button immediately goes red. The tv won’t come on. The power button on the tv is also flashing red. I’ve tried unplugging and reprogramming my remote.

What TV do you have? Not all can be programmed to the remote.
