Where in the MyTelus website can I order another remote Optik box? I can find where to change channels and theme packs etc but not hardware! Feeling stupid now.lol

Pretty sure it requires a call to Telus to make that addition.
The home services number is in the Contact Us link at the page bottom.

As mentioned on this page you will need to contact Telus to obtain an additional Optik box.
