Recordings not playing

I just recently moved and had my telus boxes set up by a technician, my recordings that were on the PVR from my previous home will not play, the timer moves but the screen is black.
When I unplugged and reset my PVR box it came up with a message that some recordings may not play as they belong to a different account. How do I fix this as I have a lot of recordings

You will likely need to talk to Telus to get this sorted out. It appears they may have set up a new account for you when you moved.
