Recently, I moved from one condo to another and the person setting up the new service informed me that my boxes were outdated and Telus would provide new updated boxes. When my new service was started, I had kept one box for a week or so in the old house. I brought the other box and the Technician said he did not want it so now that I have fully moved in to my new place, I have two outdated boxes to return to Telus. How do I do that?

Interesting! When mine were switched out, the tech took them with him.
I suggest contacting Telus, and requesting a return shipping label, then return the items. Keep a record of the serial numbers, and the post office receipt.
