PVR/On Demand issues

When watching recordings or tv on demand it’s very choppy and freezes constantly. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Are you watching on the TV connected to the PVR or another TV.

Does watching live TV show the same behaviour?

Watching on the tv that’s connected to the pvr and it never does it live

Wired or wireless connection? Possibly a wifi issue?
