Are you using these set-up instructions, and If you had a beta version installed, have you removed it?
I just completed this, and it worked after installing the Telus Home Assistant, then shutting down the Google Home App and re-starting it, THEN the Optik devices were present for me to add to the rooms.
Try killing the Google Home App (turning off the phone did not work) then re-starting it.
