Optik tv website. New link?

I tried a month ago and today on my note 9 chrome browser. It's not working. Is there a new updated support web link?

If you're on your phone, use the Optik app instead. The website uses flash as part of the authentication and your phone won't support it.

So on win 10 64 bit I need flash on all browsers to make optik wrk?

Any OS will require flash for it to work. You were talking about your phone, now PC. Which one are you trying to access the website with?

SOMETHING!! FLASH IS ON ALLOWED AND ALL GOOGLE CANARY/STABLE, FIREFOX AND WINDOWS 10 UPDATES INSTALLED...

First of all, the Canary builds are all beta releases and there's no guarantee things will work properly. I'm running regular Chrome, version 72.0.3626.119, and the Optik website works fine. Same goes for the latest Firefox Quantum, 66.0.3 (64-bit). I use my Optik TV login to log in rather than the Telus Account.

Have you tried removing Flash from your computer entirely and then re-downloading and installing it? Same for your browsers?

Have also done that... No luck... Is windows 10 **bleep**ed.... #mricosoft.

Your screen shot is not from Chrome. It's from Edge. Flash does not work on Edge.

It's not wrking on all browsers.. And now currently on Android 9.0 pie on my note 9, do I gotta be connected to home internet to use the app?

1) For the Note 9, only use the Optik TV app. You won't be able to access it any other way.

2) For your PC, the issue is going to be at your end. Either user error or a computer problem. If you are having problems with your PC, consider having a professional take a look at it to determine what is malfunctioning on your PC. If you are having problems with the user, those can be harder to fix.

Also ensure you are not using a VPN while trying to access Optik services. That could cause access issues as well, especially if connected to a VPN server outside Canada.

I'm having the exact same issue OptikTV on my computer. It had worked for a long time up until recently.

Here is a link to my question/thread.

Any idea?

@Nighthawk @falez  still im not the only one!! it's not wrking!!! =(

Maybe a 4K $$$$ resolution upgrade to the website!!! #Majortechnologyyear #complex2019

There are a handful of 4K channels on optik. They’ll move away from flash first...
