Optik tv app is not working on iOS phone or iPad. Crashes every 10 or so minutes. Can no longer playback recordings. Have tried Telus support but the fellow I talked to knew less about it than I did. I give him credit for trying and calling back but he clearly wasn’t getting support either. So Telus how do I get this to work? Thanks

Are you using the latest version of the app. What iOS version are your devices running?
