Telus doesn't post any timelines for installs. Sparwood will likely get Optik TV once Telus gets fibre installed in town. So far Telus' fibre page lists a few communities along highway 3 with fibre. If you want to increase the chances of fibre coming sooner, get as many people in town to fill out the form here: https://fibre.telus.com/iwantfibre/#overbuild_form .
