I found that I couldn't play the Global BC 1 channel (channel 845) in the Optik TV app. Is there a reason for that or if it is a known issue? Will this problem be rectified in the future?

Normally if it's on the iOS or Android app where a channel isn't available, that is usually because the broadcaster hasn't approved the channel to be accessed on mobile devices or outside of the Optik box itself.
