Optik TV green screen/screensaver every 15 mins

While actively watching content the box will revert to a green screen approx. every 15 minutes and we have to click it off, this seems to be a new phenomenon as I don't recall this ever happening before. I tried looking in menus to see if there was something accidentally turned on but can't find any settings that could cause this.

Please help it is so frustrating 🙂

If rebooting the box doesn't help, contact tech support directly. It is likely an issue with the box. There are no user accessible settings to control the green screen nor any real way of troubleshooting it.

just rebooted it, waiting to see if it re-occurs, hoping it doesn't (fingers crossed) 🙂
