I'm not aware of any providers that offer a second package at a discount.

@JayA We are not Telus employees here.
To the best of my knowledge, there are not discounts from any provider for secondary internet connections, nor for secondary TV subscriptions.
If you accept the fact that you are going to have to pay for your second internet connection, I suggested using an Apple TV or other such device to at least give you access to the TV services without paying twice.
Your other alternative may be to use satellite TV but I am not sure about that.
It is, unfortunately, going to be an issue of either paying twice or putting up with some inconvenience.
I realize this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I don't think you are getting breaks on electricity, property taxes, etc for having two homes either.
