I have been trying to watch Crave on my browser. To do this though, it says that I need to log into my Optik TV account. I don't currently have one, so I followed Telus' instructions and went onto the menu to create an account through the TV. However, every time I enter my email address I get a message that says "Failed to create account." How do I get around this?

Try creating your account through a computer interface, and then use those credentials with the TV.

How do I do this? I tried to find a site but it only directed me to the TV route.

Click on the 'MyTelus' link at the top of this page, and follow the directions to either login to your existing account, or create a new one.
