Optik TV Audio lost on Netflix Prime Apps

My mother is using a Hearing Aid streamer to Bluetooth the audio to her hearing aids. Worked fine until about 3 weeks ago, now she is unable to maintain a connection when using the Netflix/Prime apps within Optik TV. Regular live tv, on demand and recordings work fine. The hearing aid Bluetooth (resound streamer) is connected to the PVR via optical cable. Any help greatly appreciated

I had issues with Stingray music when I used sound settings other than stereo on my PVR. You may wish to investigate your sound settings. More information here:

Just a long time customer hoping to help.

Success changing audio from stereo to digital. She would lose audio and could not get it back when a series went to the next episode. Using digital mode appears to solve this issue. Thanks

Is there an option to connect the Hearing Aid Streamer to the TV instead of the PVR?
