Since they changed the Optik iPhone and IPad application I can no longer login. I keep getting username and/or password not recognized.
I used to be able to login with the email account that I programed into my PVR, but that login does not work anymore.
We have 4 different Telus email accounts. We used one of the accounts to access the Application that was linked to the PVR. That one will not login anymore. I can only login with my account and none of the family's accounts will login. This is not optimal as I would have to give everyone access to my email account just to login to watch Optik on their iPads and iPhones.
I have searched looking for information on the upgraded application and login restrictions, but I have not found anything in trouble shooting, support or even Google.
Does anyone have a solution or some troubleshooting methods to figure this issue out? Is there any information on Optik Applications limitations?

AFAIK, login to the Optik App is through the My Telus login. It’s not really set up for distribution to multiple family members.
If I recall, you can have a maximum of two instances of the Optik Mobile App running at any particular time.

Note: If you have previously used one of our Optik TV apps, you can continue to use the same Optik TV account username and password to log in to the new app.
If you deleted / reset your Optik TV username and password, it may default you to using the MyTelus login.

I will assume that all these users are in same household. You should therefore have physical access to the iOS devices and get your family members to let you use the device for a few seconds to allow you to type in your account/password - it will remember it until they logoff.
