Recently the option to record or schedule a series has completely disappeared from my Telus Optik iOS app. Seriously annoying. Any solutions out there? It’s as if the ability to record was removed from the app...
I have endless issues with the Optik app on IOS. It's pretty unstable. Generally I find a force close get's it back in working order. Sadly I have to do that a LOT. Here is how to force close an app in case you are uncertain:
FWIW I just checked and was able to see the record series option (after doing a force close as I couldn't even get into the app prior to that).
Just checked out the new app. Mostly good. Sadly the ability to filter by movies/TV for recordings is no longer available:-( I wish this feature was available on the PVR as well. I record a lot of movies from TCM and it's nice to be able to view just movies or just TV.
