Optik PVR recording re-runs when set to first run only?

I've noticed lately that a few, definitely not all, shows that I have set to record first run only on the PVR are recording re-runs randomly and inconsistently. The air dates on the shows are well in the past (years back) but somehow the PVR is considering them first run. Each show where a re-run was recorded aired on a different channel from the rest. Any ideas?

All I can say is I've seen this as well. Better than missing an episode. I've occasionally have had new episodes not get recorded when set to first run only.

 

Likely some metadata that we can't see that isn't correct.


Just a long time customer hoping to help.
