Optic tv guide

2 years has passed and the optic guide listings for 983 beIN sports HD are still not accurate with different listings showing under the search option while the guide shows to be announced and this causes the PVR not to  record the MotoGP shows setup as a series to record. 

Why does this problem still keep occurring on a premium channel?

Likely because the supplier of the guide info, or the broadcaster is not providing accurate information to Telus. Since Telus doesn’t create the guide info, they are at the mercy of their supplier.  Maybe get be best to take it up with beIN first!

It amazes me the answers from the left coast are so out of touch.  Of course I consulted beINSports first and  it pointed to the Telus Optic TV guide.
