Optic install in neighbour

Hi, my neighbourhood had Optik installed in November(ish) 2017 and the install crews mangled 2 parts of my yard. Now that winter is over, are they going to be coming around to fix.  I literally have a cookie sheet size hole that’s 4 inches deep with a big green circle plate in it the size of a basket ball. 

Really poor quality work, it’s ugly and I want it fixed........

I’m guessing the work was done in the right of way between the road or sidewalk, and your property line. Your municipal works department should have contact info to get a repair completed.
