Optic TV App Issue

Just Moved In

I have recently noticed that my Telus Optic TV app is now not functioning. At first it would play, then the picture would freeze. Not when I start it, I get a blank screen.  I have a Samsung E 8 tablet. Let me know what the issue is. Thanks

Is that the 2016 Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0? Which version of Android is it running?

Which version of the Optik TV app are you using? There was a new one released not too long ago.

Are you using your Telus home wifi or another connection?

Thanks for the response, it has Android  7.1.1  and is the latest version. I have no trouble with the Global or CTV apps. They work just fine. I have also tried to run through the Chrome browser, but still no luck

Have you tried in the browser? 
Often Android tablet apps are different than phone apps, and not interchangeable.
