Sound has suddenly stopped. Can't be the t.v. I get sound when I access netflix through the t.v. remote.

Have you restarted the Optik box?

You can reboot it by holding the power button for about 10 to 15 seconds, if restarting does not work.

Also, make sure you haven’t accidentally pressed the mute button on the Optik remote.
