Unplug the optik tv receiver, then plug it back in.
Press Menu>Settings>Television>Screen Aspect Ratio. Verify the aspect ratio is either 720,1080i or 1080p. 2160p if you have a 4K tv.
Also verify you haven’t changed the aspect
ratio on the TV itself. Make sure you’re in the 100-900 channels which are the HD ones.
