Do you mean recordings made previous to you acquiring the new 4K boxes? Old recordings are likely not available, as the ID of the box has changed.

They are connected to the Telus Actiontec router, not one you purchased separately?
If so, you likely need to get Telus to troubleshoot from their end. All means of contact are listed in the 'Contact Us' section at the bottom of the page. A posting to their Twitter account will likely consume the least time on your part.
