Went onto Optik TV page and clicked on Manage My Account and it comes up blank so I cannot observe my Optik Account and/or make changes to my Theme paks. So does anyone know if Telus is having a blank moment in their Web Design Department ? Also Chat is not available !
I having been trying to solve the same problem since my install in mid-December. I have talked to 4-5 service reps/tech support folks and escalated the issue but still no solution. There's been a dissapointing lack of follow-up on Telus's part.
