Link my existing Crave account to Telus

I was promised that my existing Crave account could be linked to Telus. This was one of the reasons I switched providers. However, after several hours of technical assistance apparently I can not. One must create a new Crave account to have it work with Telus. Disappointing.

I expect you can keep your existing, internet delivered Crave subscription, but if you want the Telus supported version, and included as part of their subscription package, then you would need to subscribe to the new service. Same with Netflix, to my knowledge.
