Issue when adding or removing a channel or theme pack

Just Moved In

When I go to MyTelus account to change theme packs / my optik tv package, I always get redirected to "order.fibre.telus.com...."  where im being asked to sign up for a new service. Is there any way around this? I'd like to change theme packs without having to call anyone.
