Is Disney+ available on Telus OptinTV - TELUS Neighbourhood

I'd like to subscribe to Disney+ .I see there is a Disney channel available on Telus OpticTV but is it the same as Disney+ ?

AFAIK Disney+ is a streaming platform not available on Optik.
