In market Flames game regional blackout "Not Solved"

March 10 Calgary versus Tampa Telus Optik SNW not available due to regional restrictions, I went to the check at the local telus store, the associate pulled up the game on Sportsnet West no issues viewing it. My friends that have Shaw in Calgary also can view the game on Sportsnet west. I also contacted Rogers chat support they also confirmed that this was the Telus issue. I don't get this regional restriction on every game only a few...any advice or help would be appreciated.

I'm in Calgary. I had no problems watching the game. There might be something wrong with the setup of your Optik account. Though you don't explicitly state it I assume you are in Calgary.
